Rebecca Kanter is an Associate Professor of Public Health Nutrition at the University of Chile. Formally, she worked at INTA-he Institute of Nutrition & Food Technology; and the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, with LCIRAH-the Leverhulme Centre for Integrative Research on Agriculture and Health.
